At our Seçen Yarn facility, recycled yarns are twisted in compliance with GRS certification standards.
Throughout the weaving, twisting and dyeing stages, we follow environmentally responsible production practices designed to minimize our carbon footprint. The yarns are transformed into fabrics in line with Higg Index standards.
All processes are carried out within DOSAB (Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone), where the use of natural groundwater is kept to a minimum and wastewater is treated through dedicated treatment facilities. DOSAB has received awards from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and various non-governmental organizations, and operates in accordance with water pollution control regulations as well as the Continuous Wastewater Monitoring System (SAİS).
In this process, we use REPREVE® (Unifi) yarn, one of the leading recycled polyester yarn solutions with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.
